I didn't know you were looking for one. Sorry you feel that way.

Are you talking about an emblem?

For what kind of suit/version of Batman are you considering?

Because Uncle Ed makes all the movie emblems.

Jerry V and Ludakris make the Birds of Prey Batgirl chest pieces.

And most everyone makes their own comic versions themselves, out of various materials.

I dont know of anyone off the top of my head that makes them to trade, but what you want is fairly simple to do. Alot of the guys who have added their own symbols to their chests have made their emblem from foamie and then put several coats of plasti dip on it.

If you want a latex emblem, you can either make one from clay, or even use a foamie template, pour some ultra cal over it to make a mold, and pour one up.

Eric's right. That's something you're gonna' have to make yourself.

If you definitely want to make the Begins style bat, then what I'd do is something similar to what I did, with my Dead End style bat, that I put on my fabric patterned suit.

Go to your local fabric store and get a couple feet of a good pleather material. Just two feet isn't expensive at all. Pick out a good material, that looks like leather or something that resembles the skin of a bat.

Then go to your local arts and crafts store and get some black Foamies sheets. Maybe two, in case you mess up. They're cheap... Maybe about 50 cents per sheet. Also get yourself a couple of little tubes of gel super glue.

Then find a good double sided carpet tape (with the sticky on both sides). You'll definitely find it at a Home Depot.

Now you just have to scale out a drawing of the size emblem you want. The Begins emblem is probably the absolute easiest one to duplicate, since just about the entire top of it is straight. You can do it.

Make a good paper template of it and trace it onto the Foamies and cut it out. Then, trace the Foamies bat onto the face of the pleather you picked out, but make it slightly bigger than the Foamies piece, because you want the pleather to verlap the Foamies backer. What you're going to do, is mount the pleather bat to the Foamies bat. If you only used the pleather to mount to your chest, it’ll be sorta' floppy. If you mount it to the Foamies, it'll hold it's shape really well.

When you glue the pleather bat to the Foamies, only glue the very outside perimeter of it. Don't glue the middle area. It'll look like sh*t.

Just make sure the pleather is a little bit wider than the Foamies, because you don't want to see the Foamies backer, from the side. You just want to give the illusion that you've got a leather looking emblem.

Then cut the carpet tape into small pieces and stick it to the back of the Foamies, once the glue dries. When you're ready to apply the emblem to your suit, do it while you're wearing it, so that the fabric will have stretched to the contours of your chest and the emblem will sit just as you want it. If you stick the emblem to the suit BEFORE you put it on, then the fabric will stretch all weird.

The carpet tape WILL pull off when you pull it off, but it WPON'T come off when you're wearing the suit. This way, you can wash your suit after you're done and then just re-apply the tape. You can use the emblem over and over again.

It should look like this...

This is cut from an old pleather jacket that my daughter outgrew...

And this is with the carpet tape stuck to the rear of the Foamies

And this is a side view of it, to show the two layers...

This is the only picture I have of me wearing it...

You can make a mold out of wood, I think moshi did his this way. You do not need to cook latex to cure it, it cures in time, just leave it in the mold I believe.

I have zero experience with molding/casting etc. but this might help. http://com1.runboard.com/bbrotherhoodofthebat.f19.t189935
It's a batarang tutorial, but I figure it's the same principal. Now depending on how exact you want to get you might try molding it on some kind of replica of your chest so that way when it comes out it'll be preshaped and you wont have to worry about warping or anything. Just a thought.

How about a latex emblem without the mold?

Here's how I would do it -

1. Get some foamies sheets as mentioned before.

2. Trace the bat logo of your choice on a sheet and cut it out.

3. Get some mask-making latex, and dye it black. Just dump some black India ink into it. A couple of the small bottles you can find in an arts and crafts store like Michaels ought to be plenty for a gallon of the latex. Shake the latex up real good and make sure the ink is distributed. In liquid form, youll never get the liquid latex darker than a dark grey. That's just due to the nature of latex. But when it dries it will dry black(or almost clear if there's no dye in it).

4. Using a paint brush, paint the latex onto the foamies logo until the logo is soaked. Don't worry if you paint past the edges of the bat, you can trim excess latex off later. Don't paint too much on at once, it probably won't take too much latex to make it look good. Just build up a layer at a time until you like how it looks.

5. Paint the other side the same way.

6. Since you have already dyed the latex black, there shouldn't be any need to plasti-dip it, unless you really want to.

7. Trim excess latex off from around the edges.

You'll probably want to apply the logo to the suit while wearing the suit. Otherwise you might get stretch marks around the bat once you put the suit on if you don't.
