Yes, my Mom is "the man". She supports everything i do and is the SOLE reason i can do the things i can do.. She is artistic.. intelligent and a great person. If i owe anyone thanks for anything, its her.

Yes, she will be doing the neoprene on the backs of any belts i build.

Im so excited, I am going to run new molds of the accessories this weekend and then pull some new parts and hopefully monday i can ship off this belt as well as another.

Then i guess ill be bored... with nothing to do next.... Anyone have anything for me to do??? :)

Stuff im currently looking for is a bit tough to come by...

I am however, looking for a latex panther cape.

I also would love a set of celt's ninja gaunts...

Patrickj's are nice too... but i would prefer the League of Shadows gaunts first. (i want both styles)

Re: KB TDK BELT

Been a while since i posted an update...

well, the development had stopped... but i decided to go a different route than i had been with paint.. they discontinued the color i had settled on... so i had to get some custom mixed. I think im settling here...

the pic is of the real deal.. the problem is what pic is of the true color? i went with this pic because i think the lighting might best represent the color.. i have many other pics that are similar.. but then theres the pic where its dull and red looking.. BAAHHHH... heres the new color..@ 100.00 a pint..

I was going to say that as well. $100 for a pint of paint is a bit rediculous. Seriously. Good craft and hobby stores, hell, even good paint stores, carry base paints that you can add color pigments to so that you can customize your own color, and it doesnt cost neraly what this cost you.

yeah...what's the average price for a good pint of paint anyways? Its a shame, cause this color really looks spot on.

Re: KB TDK BELT

its ppg automotive grade paint. It started out @ 54.00 for the color and reducer... And then I had it tweaked the next day. The paint we tweaked it with is about 200.00 a quart.. He didnt charge for the tweak, he said, don't worry- we will get you when you want this remade LMAO.

Granted, this is themost expensive paint store in town.. But they have a rep for being the best. Why should I settle for less? Why should those who get a belt expect less?

Plus, with reducer factored in, its like two pints as it is mixed a little taller than 1:1 with less paint than reducer..
