I don't think this is the final mold. It is wax which is less than ideal for casting. So I am guessing that this is the positive which he is going to make the mold out of. Or it actually is the negative but hard to tell from the photos.

any plans on doing TDK armor in 3d? I've got modeling skill sbut mostly just architectural so these darned curved human forms are a bit of a challenge for me.

I've not really planned very much. Im still just working out the software side of things for the CNC. I might look into a larger machine. Here's a picture of the Hip.
