Carbon Fiber - How-To Videos
Hello all, I noticed how some members on this board wanna go for that Super accurate TDK suit. Well it seems the mesh has sorta been already found, so I decided to take a look for how-to's on carbon fiber. Because seriously, that look is pretty sweet nasty awesome. yeah, now i need to find how the suit has that
translucent rubber look over the carbon fiber
hopefully someone can explain that to me :soon

I doubt it is a translucent rubber. Probably some sort of clear resin plastic or something. You could probably pour part of the clear resin first, run a layer of carbon fiber then another clear or black or something. That would be how I think it is done...bit I've been wrong before.

It's translucent urethane with carbon fiber backing. The rest of the suit is foam urethane.

This particular topic has been done and redone again, and then all over again apparently. If you search for it (using the search button) you should be able to find it.
I found this thread, http://www.runboard.com/bbrotherhoodofthebat.f4.t202755|offset=20, in less than a minute.
And yes... It's a clear urethane.
