TDK Joker Shirt Pattern
Here's a version I've been working on for the last couple nights. Don't even ask how many hours were involved, let alone how long it took to figure the pattern sequence. From all the staring that I've done, it looks as though the pattern may be mirrored between each sleeve (double-sided printing?). This was done using his left sleeve.
Let me know what you think!

Re: My TDK Joker Shirt Pattern
Alright, revision #1 is complete. It's amazing the things you overlook when you're tired. LOL
I made the "checkerboard" a little smaller. It is no longer perfectly square in order to get the correct number of squares. Also, the dark squares overlap each other in the corners.
The "star" pattern is smaller and spaced farther apart.
The "plus sign" pattern was made slightly smaller as well as had the orientation adjusted.

Re: My TDK Joker Shirt Pattern
WOAH.
best i've SEEN!
could i make myself a shirt using THIS pattern?
my old pattern is nothing compared to this, and if you want i'll throw some extra fabric your way.

Re: My TDK Joker Shirt Pattern
Absolutely! That's why I posted it. Extra fabric would be killer. There is talk of a printed fabric run on The RPF, but I haven't had anyone ask to use my pattern yet.
I think I'll take another look at it tomorrow, as I'd like this thing to be as close to accurate as possible, but right now my eyes are getting blurry and my head hurts. :doh

Re: My TDK Joker Shirt Pattern
Version 3.0 is here.
This is getting close to getting printed, as some may have seen on The Dented Helmet (Boba and Jango Fett costumers for those who don't know).
