Re: TDK Cowl
So Electric Sixx, are you going for dead on accuracy, or are there things you plan on...twyking? the only thing that bugs me about the TDK cowl are the nostrils. not a big fan of those :p

Re: TDK Cowl
Hoping to get it finished this week. Still have some alterations left to do for symmetry and then smooth it out. I'm getting the clay in tomorrow to sculpt the neck piece. I was hoping to capture the look of the one used in the film but a bit meaner looking with sharper lines.

Re: TDK Cowl- pics page 3
Thanks!
Not for the larger headed folk, I won't know for sure until I have a cast done but I'd say it'll look best on 22-23 inch heads. It's going to be latex.

Re: TDK Cowl- pics page 3
looking great bro. Just keep an eye on the Ears make sure they angle in correctly, but that aspect is looking much more accurate then the other TDK cowl that was done. Looking awesome, like the sharper lines idea. Can we make it a little bigger though??? lol Luckily not having the seperate head and neck this should allow me to fit in just barely still.

Re: TDK Cowl- pics page 3
Heres some updated shots, just started to rough out the neck. I'm going to be working through the weekend on this and hopefully be ready for molding on tuesday so if anyone has some opinions please post a reply.
Let me know what you think of the ears now, indakin.

Re: TDK Cowl- UPDATED 12/6th pics page 3
Thanks! Yeah the lighting was what I sculpt under so in normal lighting it doesn't look quite as harsh.
The size might end up a bit larger than I stated just have to have a pull in hand to see how much it shrinks.
