Have to admit I hadn't looked at this thread until now. Yeah, right, this guy's going to do a complete suit with foamies. Sure he is.
When I saw the pics of your completed suit I could hardly believe it. Absolutely astounding.
Congratulations.
One of the best things about this board is seeing what people can do with some imagination and determination.
I'm flabbergasted by what you've done here.

Thanks again guys. I’m extremely flattered by everyone’s responses here, and each and everyone one of them is motivating me yet again to work on my version 2.0. I’m sure you will all see it in production in about another month or so. If not, then around May or June of 09’as it nears closer to comic con. Before I forget, I just wanted to post a quickie pic of my cape pattern that I used.
Initially I had taken the plans from achytexturals cape design template with material to a seamstress who worked out of a flea market. BAD MISTAKE! Not only did she nearly ruin the cape with her crappy sewing machine, she did even follow the pattern I gave her, nor did she call me for any trial fittings! I Don’t really care to get further into it since I can tangent about it all day. Instead, I had a more PROFESSIONAL seamstress who has been doing costuming for years rework and restich the cape out of the kindness of her heart. I thank god and her for helping me on this project. Without her, it would have been spelunker Bruce Wayne. Thanks again DIANE! **WHEW!
This thing flows AMAZING! I wanted the cape to flow and look right, even in a static position so we didn’t install any dowel rods. I don’t plan on ever flocking this thing outwards as he never really did it in the movie.
