Lego Batman sets (built pictures)
For those who had inquired a few weeks ago:
We got most of these on clearance, around $30-50 for the cave, $30 for the Asylum. I kick myself all the time for not buying each and every set in multiples to sell later. It would really help out in these difficult times (seriously).

Re: Batman legos (built pictures)
Matt, that looks totally outrageous. How long did it take to build?
The way the Batplane is hanging in the cave reminds me of how you hang the Forever plane in the Forever cave setup (which I have taken from my son now he does not play with it).
And the Batsignal on the computer screen looks like the credits from the old TV series.

I love how Killer Croc still smiles while getting his face burnt off. Magic.
Thanks for sharing. I have never even given these a second look, but I might have to check them out now.

Re: Batman legos (built pictures)
Thanks guys! They're fun sets, but it took forever to put the cave together. It's actually very big, I had to break it up into two shelves instead of one. The only thing I need is the harley set and I'm done!

Re: Batman legos (built pictures)
Those sets are cool as hell. I realy hope they still make these when my son is old enough to play with them, but looks like I got about five years till he's ready.

Re: Batman legos (built pictures)
Damn, that sucks. Why would Lego discontinue this line? They were popular enough to make a video game.

Re: Batman legos (built pictures)
Once I get my new floor put down here in my home office, I will set all my Lego sets back up -- I have the Collector's Ed. Batmobile on top of the television, but everything else is boxed up and stored right now.
Matt - if you ever decide to trade away that Arkham set and the Batwing.....I will offer fair trade value for 'em
