Awesome, any differences in slipping the cowl on and off? I would assume the FOAM is porous on the inside, so lube would not be a good thing?

Re: Foam latex - Urethane Begins Cowl comparison
I don't think my features usually bulged out of the urethane cowl that bad, its usually better than that. My head must've swelled or something. :lol
The difference in taking off the foam and urethane is- you aren't afraid when taking the urethane one off. :lol I usually just pull it by the ears. But the foam one- inch it off slowly, and only pull by the thicker sections. It doesn't stick to you like regular rubber though, it feels like 20% rubber, 80% cotton.

Re: Foam latex - Urethane Begins Cowl comparison
yea the urethane doesnt look that tight usually, u must have alot of pading. I only put a very thin miniml padding in mine, which doesnt my it fit super tight like your shots. But yea that foam looks great.

Bryan has more hair than me too, as well do most people. I used inch thick padding. I could've probably used thinner.

Re: Foam latex - Urethane Begins Cowl comparison
The foam cowl look the biz, but as said before its a shame it not as durable as Urethane or latex, the last thing you would want is to yank off an ear :doh
Also (could be wrong--probably am LOL) does the foam react to sweat more than Urethane / latex and perish quicker?
Still an excellent cowl tho :toocool
