Tim Sale Cowl: YES!!!

Alright guys...I got it to work. The ears are holding the shape I want them to, and they are SOLID (about 2/3 solid urethane resin). Top of the head doesn't have any pooled urethane in it, and this monster of a cowl fits like a glove! I honestly couldn't be happier with it.

The only mishap I had on this pour, was that the very tips of the ears had a small air pocket in them, so there's a smidge of urethane missing, but you can't even tell. Next time will be even better. One thing is for sure...Any kid that looks at me wearing this tonight is gonna freak out! lol

That's awsome bro !!

Really well done....when you have time, you should make a master, and smooth out the finish a bit, maybe make a matte finish mold for it. Then I think it would be absolutely PERFEC T !!!!

Very good work

Thanks bro! I'm with you on that. I'm definitely gonna do a master and remold this once I get the funds. I'm kind of looking at this one as a "hyper-comic" version of the cowl. The next one will be more "real world" looking. I've had some great advice from guys on that.
