Building My Batcave (Updated pics 28 Jan 2017 page 5)
I posted some progress pics of the cave I'm building in another forum here http://www.runboard.com/bbrotherhoodofthebat.f4.t210919 Since then I have completed the ceiling, painted it black and installed cage guard mesh to resemble a rock fall barrier. I have also installed flood lights similar to the type you'd see in a cave complete with dimmers. Here is a quick pick of the suit in the closet. I'm starting on rocking in the walls tomorrow. Will post more pics soon

Wow man that sounds freakin' awesome. I REALLY like that Begins chest -- is that floor to ceiling? I thought the Begins chests didn't go to the floor (I don't actually know at all) but I like the full-size look there.
So you've got an unfinished basement that you're hooking that up in? When you say "rock the walls" are you talking about sheetrock or something else that actually resembles rock? A batcave in an unfinished basement is pretty much PERFECT.

Always like seeing another Begins closet. Did you mold and cast your own ring pulls or buy all metal ones? And what are your shelf brackets made of?

I remember when I bought my metal ring pulls. I think when I was sitting there hand-chiseling all the divots to set them that I first asked myself what in the hell I was doing. :)
If you decide you want metal shelves, contact K & K Industries in Washington state < http://kkindustries.com/ > and send them your specs. They made mine out of steel for about $100 shipped and only took a few days. Mention what you're doing and they might even still have the spec file on hand.
