So it was time to put this bad boy in some Ultracal 30!!!
I wish I could say the first layer went smoothly, it didn't. I screwed the mix ratio up. Hopefully I didn't ruin it.
Second layer went smooth.
I wasted a ton of Ultracal so I'm waiting for more to arrive.

Hey all!!! Well I did quite a few things wrong with this mold. Fortunately I still got a usable mold. Some air bubbles to fill in but nothing major.
Just some clean up and put them both together.

Hey Floyd, You should probably resize your pics. They are like 3 screens wide on my PC. Makes it tough to see what you have going on here
