i think typically the leg pieces come in the upper sections, which are the 9 pieces. and you have to request the calves separately.

i understand you want to protect your investment! Not sure if you can put an extra layer of coat on the top layer for rot prevention/protection.
if there is one, let me know because i've never heard of it being used.
i dont think you have any worries about the flaws on your torso piece. it looks really good, only when you inspect up close you see the flaws but from a distance hardly noticeable. yours actually looks a lot better than mine!

Contact fester/daft vader I think he had a foam latex suit and he did say he repaired and added something to protect from sunlight

Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure this was his foam suit i saw on the rpf/ e-bay awhile back lol so I imagine he would be the go to guy to find out what he uses.
