Well I finally finished my prototype gauntlet. I was happy with the outcome so I went forward and now I have these.
This set came out alot cleaner than the prototype.
I also had to purchase tan 5mm foam cause they didn't have black. Luckily they will be painted. Not sure if I wanna start the shin guards or cowl next. We will see.

I started on this cowl. Proving to be quite the challenge with no instructions. Funny that right in the center of the cowl is the head of a Bat logo.
This is were I currently am.

Well I was able to get this much done today.
This process is very interesting. Figuring out how the pieces fit together is an adventure all its own. Kinda stuck on the ears.

Okay, I ran into a problem at the rear, top part of the head. I ended up making up my own piece to fit in there minus the ear part.
Test fitting
It's a bit big on me so I cut the chin. Also on the inside I will glue 5mm foam for a better fit.
Now to work on the ears!

That's coming out really good, bro! Those gauntlets are looking awesome.
My foamies cowl almost stopped me at the ears as well, I understand it's difficult.
