Thanks Solefreak, I use snapseed on my iPhone for my photo edits.

Was able to work briefly on my costume last night and was minimally productive. I was able to at least hand sew the Velcro to the jacket to support the chest and abs tonight and then drafted up a template for the shoulders(which I test fitting). The biceps are from my old origins costume and need to be remade/resized for the refresh and the gauntlets are unfinished commissions I'm working on but I just threw them on to get a feel for how the costume is coming along.

Completed the shoulders. Made of foam, then wrapped in terraflex then vinyl. Painted and weathered. Next I'll be moving on to the bicep/tricep plates.

Finished the shoulders a few days ago. Last night I finally Sewed the Velcro into the shoulders of the jacket I'm using as an undersuit. Afterwards I thought it was a good time as any to try it on and I think it came together pretty good. Need to step it up though. NYCC is less than a month away!

Started the belt today. Buckle was made of craft foam. Then wrapped in terraflex. Sanded, then coated with 3 layers of wood glue and 3 coats of shellac. Sanding between all coats. Battle damage added with dremel and heat knife. Painted with primer, then hand painted with acrylic.

Belt and pouches are craft foam. Coated with 2 layers of mod podge. 2 coats of plastidip. Hand painted with acrylic. Battle damage added with heat knife.

Decided not to do all the pouches as it's just filler past the ones you see in the front and I also want a space in the back where I can magnetically attach my Batarang. As of these pics I only had one pouch and canister. Right now I'm working on the second pouch. Should be done tonight. Was so excited after attaching the buckle and such to the belt that I decided to suit up and try it on for size. So much left to do but these pics make me feel like I'm almost done.

Looks amazing bud! The cooles thing about your suit is the hard angles you've got, makes everything look harder, more "tech" I guess. Not sure how to put it into words, but I love it.

Thank you for the compliment.

Working on the bicep/tricep pieces. Snapped a pic. Held on with Velcro but need to tighten them up on a little bit still. Going to try adding a little elastic strapping between the two and see how it pulls together.
