Starting on the wood portion. Made most of the drawer facades -- just the 6 large bottom ones to go. Then onto the back and side walls.

All drawer panels cut to size and ringpull recesses bored out. Just need to stain and mount on the back wall.
80"h x 50"w
Estimate with top trim and some short feet this will be 84" tall overall. Absolutely massive.

Just a test shot with side walls and shelves in place. Side walls are not fully built yet, and the suit & cowl mounts aren't installed yet. Still need to figure out some stuff; for example the suit and cowl both will sit higher than shown here. But this is a decent scale test.
My shelf brackets are a bit large compared to original, but the shelf tops are right, and I believe the overall armoire scale is right (about 48" wide, 80" tall interior).
Hopefully have the armor mounts installed in a few days, side walls all finished, and then I can get to work on the internal suit support -- i.e. the shoulder and arm supports that will put it in the correct pose (like in my avatar).
Really need an undersuit :)
(Torso, cowl, cape, and gauntlets are from inkmonkey/coofunkcurly/Kevin)

Floor/legs attached
Ceiling lights installed
Cowl mount done
Undersuit and torso mount next
Going to need to build a new torso mount with articulated arm supports to get the suit pose just right. That's probably 2-3 weeks out.
Getting closer. This thing now stands at 83" tall. Will probably get another 2" from the top trim and casing.
