Light Sabers: Now with Pictures
Hi all, we were trying to do something fun for Star Wars so I made 15 light sabers. Due to a bad back problem and an arthritic hip those plans fell through. However, just making the sabers and seeing the kids faces light up made up for the other,
bykrom's FB Page.
I got the inspiration from Raw Kustoms
And this guy Xieng Prod
His instructions on soldering were a little clearer.
I'll try to answer any questions you have.

Re: Light Sabers: Now with Pictures
I got the idea from Raw Kustoms but I didn't like how flimsy the blade was. I got the blades for mine from the Custom Saber Shop.
You can get some wiring ideas there, from Raw Kustoms and from Xieng Prod.
The brighter the flash light the better the blade looks. For kids playing in the yard these are a good deal. They don't fall apart and the blades don't bend or break.
Lets see what you come up with. You have any questions let me know.
