I had an epidural cortisone shot just yesterday because I have a bulging stenosis that's been making it real difficult to live/sleep/walk etc. for all year. Right now I'm feeling pretty darn good. (keeping my fingers crossed).

Thanks Red. It wasn't as good on the weekend but this takes time and sometimes additional shots, still keeping my fingers crossed.
