Affleck cowl head turn
This is the first successful one I have been able to make. It is urethane but not just one urethane. Three to be exact.

Great looking cowl, would like to see a version with longer ears, but your work on this is fantastic. Did you used layers of different urethane, or separate areas, becaus there is no separation of materials visible, it looks like one casting.
