I'm putting this thread up for old members coming back and new members to reintroduce yourselves
I'll start. I'm Uncle Ed and I run this place. Let's see if we can get it going again. For photo hosting I suggest Imgur it seems to work. Also if you have old pics hosted in photobucked let's consider putting them somewhere else.

Hi guys !
I’m Fred from Canada, I’m a recent member and I am a 89 fan. I regret to not having my age back in 2004 when the board was at his peak.
I found, by reading a lot of thread, that, back those years, guys shared a lot more informations than today. I saw a lot of makers sharing informations here back in those years that they are more than quiet now. I feel that it was more like a community. Real knowers are here though. It’s awesome.
However, the writing fly away and the words remain. :) Unfortunately, there is a lot of pictures that I’m not able to see, but the writing are still there.
Don’t hesitate to start new conversations guys! :)

Hi there. I'm Brian.
I used to be MrValens, but I seem to forgotten my password lol.
I was 21 yo when I registered here on the BOTB. Now I'm 37 yo, have two kids and I'm still a fan of The Bat.
I moved on from dreaming about making a Batman costume as it became too costly for me at the time (and now I don't have room haha). I put my effort into learning about 3d instead... I just needed to be creative with something, anything.
I do, however, still enjoy looking at the work and love people put in to their Batman costumes :-)
I don't really go on FB much... it's too negative for me. I am on Instagram however if you ever want to say "Hello there".
I hope everyone is doing well, still making costumes and being creative!
